Mahou Tsukai Tai! (a.k.a. "Witch's Club" or "I want to do magic!"), is an hilarious, mildly ecchi comedy.
In Mahou Tsuki Tai!, a strange alien object arrives on the Earth and destroys anything that tries to approach it. However the alien "Bell", as people call it, does nothing if left alone. Eventually, people simply ignore the Bell and continue on with their lives. However, at a nearby high school, Takakura the ecchi Magic Club president wants to impress the girls and says he will defeat the Bell using magic. But when the cute main character, Sae, naively believes him, Takakura feels obligated to actually try! We quickly learn that the 5 members of the Magic Club can actually cast magical spells... but they're not very good at it! The humour is very oversexed but the story and characters are very cute. If you like the humor in shows like Tenchi Muyo, you will probably love Mahou Tsuki Tai! The Mahou Tsukai Tai! anime OAV series was made by Junichi Sato, who directed much of Sailor Moon. A Mahou Tsukai Tai! TV series continues the adventures of the loveable Magic Club.
