Paradigm City is a place where all "Memories" were lost in an incident that occurred forty years ago. Here, only a selected number of people are allowed to live in a dome. All animals and plants are not real and everything else is artificial. Technology no longer exists. In such a world, the most valuable things are "Memories." Terrible crimes are being committed over these "Memories." Under Dan Daston, the military police tries to solve these crimes, but the evil doers are too strong for them.
