A string of murders, disappearances and other mysterious incidents seem to be connected to each other and to the mysterious "Boogiepop" phantom.
This is an interesting and unusual series. The action takes place in a realistic modern urban setting. Each episode centers around a different person, but always someone who appeared or was mentioned in the previous episode.
