This story concerns a secret government agency that battles a race of demons called the Aragami. The Aragami can be banished by the ritual sacrifice of a young maiden, but the government is trying to develop a more scientific method of defeating them. They recruit Momiji, currently the only young girl with the correct bloodline for the ritual sacrifice, to join their team. Of course, the demons are interested in Momiji too! Blue Seed is a popular series with a bit of everything - action, romance, drama, more action, horror, mystery and a fair bit of comedy. Don't miss the omake (bonus features) at the end of the videos; they are hilarious. There is also a follow-up series, Blue Seed II.
