Karada Iokawa is orphaned and lives with her elder brother Hiro. Karada hates being treated as a child and wishes she could grow up fast. One day Karada and Hiro unexpectedly meet Shouko who was Hiro's girlfriend when he was studying in America. Shouko learns that the main reason Hiro left her to return to Japan was to take care of Karada. Karada wishes more than ever that she could become an adult soon and on a strange moonlit night in front of the wishing stone- she does. At the same time Shouko takes on the body of a child.
