Mimet phoned the professor and said she
had a new target. Dr. Serugei Ajimofu, a respected
geneticist was going to give a talk at Mugen about
Ichigen Kukan theory. The professor said he didn't like
the choice of target and would phone Mimet later. Mimet
was disappointed because she thought Dr. Ajimofu looked
cool.
The professor hung up the phone but Mimet had bugged the
professor's lab and was listening in. The professor
turned to a green-haired woman standing next to him.
"Mimet tries hard but for some reason she hasn't
succeeded. I'll have to rely on you, Terurun. You could
get the next rank. Do your best." |
Mimet was furious! "The professor
doesn't think I can do it!" steamed Mimet,
"I'll change his mind if I kill all the Sailor
Senshi!" Terurun was in her room when the phone
rang. She picked it up and Professor Tomoe's voice told
her to put the attack plan on hold. But the Professor's
voice was really Mimete using a voice-altering machine.
When Mimete hung up, she smiled at her photograph of
Eudial (with pins and doodles all over it) and said she
needed to borrow Eudial's machine.

| Luna, Artemis and the five girls went to
Mugen High. "There's a lecture that's open to the
public today," said Amy, "So we'll be able to
get inside." "It looks creepy,"
whimpered Serena.
"I sense an evil force here," warned Raye.

Meanwhile, Darien was searching
newspaper records for information on the mysterious
professor. He found an article from four years ago.
"Fire at the genetic engineering building. Two
miracle survivors. Professor Tomoe and his
daughter."
"The whole building burnt down but they weren't even
scratched?" |

| Darien went to check on Rini. She was
sleeping. He pulled the blanket up to cover her snugly.
Darien regarded his future daughter. His face registered
deep concern. |
The girls were snooping around inside
Mugen. "Looks like there's nobody here,"
whispered Mina. Somone poked her in the behind.
"Stop it, Lita," complained Mina. "It's...
not... me..." said Lita. A huge security gaurd was
standing behind them!
"Uhh... we were just looking for the lecture
hall," stammered Amy, "and we got lost!"
The stern looking gaurd pointed them back they way they'd
come. The girls rushed off! |
