All 4 seasons of English-version Sailor Moon are available on DVD.
Seasons 1 and 2 were highly edited for TV.

Season 3 ("S") and Season 4 ("SuperS") DVD's are uncut (on TV they had some minor
censorship).
Season 3 & 4 DVD's have both English and Japanese soundtracks, plus optional subtitles.
Season 5 of Sailor Moon called "Sailor Stars" in Japan was never officially released in English.
The Sailor Moon movies DVD's are uncut with English and Japanese soundtracks plus optional subtitles all included.

To Recap: Sailor Moon (season 1) and Sailor Moon R (season 2) were released on 13 discs and contain only the
edited English TV version. Sailor Moon S (season 3) and Sailor Moon SuperS (season 4) DVD's are
uncut and feature both English and Japanese soundtracks (with optional English subtitles).
A second edition of the Sailor Moon S DVDs was released with the red "Geneon Signature Series"
packaging.
